Final validation combines completion, linguistic quality and display in the platform.
Organize by language
Work on one written language or sign language at a time. Record reviewed items and pending issues.
Check written texts
- Review indicators and menus, buttons, fields and messages in Static Texts.
- Review tables in Object Texts and their corresponding forms and institutional pages.
- Check meaning and consistent terminology in titles and descriptions.
- If another language or a missing-translation message appears, identify the responsible layer before correcting it.
Check sign language videos
Verify target language, associated record and playback at the intended location. Request linguistic review and check that the video explains the correct area or element.
Validation list
100% complete does not mean linguistic review is complete. Indicators identify gaps; validation also requires checking meaning and actual use.
Keep versions updated
When a text, register or institutional content changes, review related translations and affected videos as part of local management.
Points needing confirmation
The manual leaves Synchronize translations, Records in language configuration and System data access under validation. Ask the technical team before providing operational instructions.
