Static Texts are fixed frontend texts: buttons, menus, field labels and messages. Each text has a key identifying its function and a value containing the translation shown to users.

Where to go

Open Translations → Static Texts.

Locate and review a text

1

Choose the target language

Select the written language. Check the progress card and last synchronization information at the top.
2

Find the text

Choose By key (Por chave) or All keys, use Status, and search by key or text. Search the visible text or its key.
3

Compare and edit

Compare Base text and Translation in the row. Click Edit, review the value, and complete the edit using the available control. Keys come from language files; translation changes their values.
4

Check history and context

Consult Last change and the history via the clock icon when needed. Open the relevant page in the target language to verify its display.

What to validate

  • Does the text preserve the original meaning and function?
  • Is the action clear to the user?
  • Is terminology consistent across pages?
  • Does it fit the button or field legibly?
  • Does it make sense in the form or message?
For example, a draft-saving button should clearly express that action. A correct translation in isolation may be ambiguous on screen.

Pending items and synchronization

Indicators show complete and pending keys. Use them to organize review by language; completion is not linguistic approval.
The manual mentions Synchronize translations, but when to use it remains under validation. Confirm the procedure with the technical team before using it. Editing in the panel and display in the frontend must be checked as distinct stages.
