Depending on its settings, you can record directly on the platform or upload a video file. The reference screens show the English or Portuguese interface. Button names and options may vary with the installation and selected language. ## Workflow overview Activity Page Discussion Started Enter the Space you were invited to and select the activity. The **Critique and provide feedback** example shows the title, material, participants and **Forum**, **Instructions** and **Assignment** tabs. Before starting your submission, open **Instructions**. Read the Supervisor’s guidance, watch the introduction video and check the supporting materials under **Attachments**. Use **Open** to open material and **Download** where downloading is available. Attachments may include links, PDFs, videos and VisuoLab resources. Instructions tab with an introduction video and activity attachments The example shows a Comments only activity. The instructions tab also guides Submission activities; check the materials provided by the Supervisor in your activity. In **Assignment**, select **Start assignment** to begin a new submission. The activity may display existing submissions and deadline information. Image Upload Or Record (1) On **Send video**, check the reference video, enter a title and select **Upload** to use an existing file or **Record** to make a video. Equipment Check If you select **Record**, the interface may show **Equipment check**. Allow camera and microphone access, select your devices and continue. Record Video 57 Wait for the countdown, record your video and use the available controls. Review the recording when finished. Record Video 1 Record Video 3 Check the video before sending. The illustrated sequence offers options to record again, attach a **.vtt** subtitle file and add **time markers** with descriptions. Record Instructions CMP Toast Select **Done** to finish. **Sent!** confirms completion in the illustrated sequence. Before finishing, check that you selected the correct activity and that the video follows the instructions.
