# Assessment activity: Interaction

> Participant guide to Interaction in the VisuoLab Multifunctional Room.

**For participants**

In an **Interaction** activity, also referred to in the manual as **Interaction/Mediation**, participants work together in groups during a live session. The interaction video is submitted for manual assessment by the Supervisor.

## Before you participate

Read the task and consult the available materials. Check how the interaction should take place and agree with your group on participation and video submission arrangements.

The number of groups and the participant limit are defined in the activity settings.

## Join a group and complete the activity

    Use **View group information** to see the participants in each group.

  <Step title="Join the group">
    Select **Join group**, according to the available options.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Participate in the interaction">
    Use **Participate in activity** to access the live interaction. Follow the instructions and organize turn-taking with your group.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check the video to submit">
    Check that the file corresponds to your interaction and meets the task requirements. Agree on who will submit it according to the activity’s instructions.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Submit the file">
    Use **Upload file** to submit the interaction video.
  </Step>

<Warning>
  After the video is submitted, the activity is complete and can no longer be edited. Check the file before finishing.

## Follow the feedback

The Supervisor assesses submitted videos according to the activity’s criteria and scale. Grades and feedback are displayed according to the settings and the release of results.
