# Translate forms and institutional content

**Object Texts** are database texts organized in tables, including form options and institutional content. For example, the fixed label “Category” is reviewed in Static Texts; the registered option “Literature” is translated in Object Texts.

## Where to go

Open **Translations → Object Texts**.

</AccordionGroup>

## Creating a register and translating it are different tasks

**Resources → Forms** maintains registered options; **Object Texts** maintains their language versions. After adding or changing an option or institutional content, review translations in active languages. Translate descriptions as well as titles when present.

## Read the cards

| Indicator | Purpose |
| - | - |
| Completed | Records reported as complete. |
| Pending | Records still needing input. |
| Total and percentage | Work volume for that language and table. |
| Data update | Time reference for the indicators. |

<Note>
  Manual counts are installation examples. Even 100% requires linguistic and interface review.
