Assign local responsibilities for access, support, text review, and production and validation of sign language videos. | Role | Responsibility | | - | - | | **Admin** | Full administration within the available functions; only Admin can grant the Admin permission. | | **Manager** | Administrative and operational management below Admin, with permission and configuration restrictions. | Managers cannot change their own permission, make another user Admin or manage permissions above their level. Some settings are exclusive to Admin. ## Discover the panel Administration menu with seven platform areas. Use **Search**, **Filters**, **Order by** and **Actions** in lists. **Display by** changes the presentation when available. Actions depend on the area and your permissions. ## Explore dashboard summaries The **Dashboard** shows indicators and short lists. Use **Users**, **Resources**, **Spaces**, **Activities** and **Reporting** to locate each section. At the bottom of each list, **See all** opens the complete list and the **specific management page for that area**. The cards summarize all users and the displayed account situations: reported, active, deactivated and deleted. The recent-user list shows registration date, user, email, resource and space/activity links, permission and status. Available actions depend on your permissions. The cards show the resource total and indicators for Library, IntSL, Research Projects and Courses. The recent-material list includes title, category and subcategory, owner, views and status. The numbers are installation examples; the screenshot does not explain the counting rules. Do not use the sum of cards to validate the total without checking those rules. This section summarizes Multifunctional Room spaces and reported and deleted indicators. The recent list shows space name, activities, participants, comments, owner and status. Space summary with indicators, recent spaces and See all. **See all** opens the **space management list**, with other spaces and available actions. This section brings together indicators and recent activities. The table includes date, title, activity type, owner and status. Activity summary with indicators, activity types and See all. **See all** opens the **activity management list** and its available actions. The first card in the screenshot says **All spaces**. Do not interpret it as the total number of activities; its meaning needs technical confirmation. The cards show reported users and resources and **Actions needed**. Confirm with the technical team that the installation is prepared in its source language. 2. Define written languages and sign languages. 3. Review database and institutional texts. 4. Prepare and associate sign language videos. 5. Review fixed interface texts and check the screens. 6. Adjust institutional content and user permissions. Distinguish interface texts, form records and sign language videos. Discover available languages, activation and the default. Locate and review buttons, menus, fields and messages. Review the tables in Object Texts. Organize video production, review and association. Combine indicators with linguistic review and on-platform checks. ## Daily management overview Find users, consult their information, and manage permission and status within your access level. Accounts may be active, deactivated or removed. Supervisors manage their assigned spaces; Admin and Manager work across the platform. A General user added to a space becomes an Attendee. Within a space, Editor allows changes to certain content. Monitor resources, privacy and status; consult literary analyses and maintain form options such as categories, ages, educational levels and licenses. Changing a register and translating it are different tasks. After changes, review language versions in Translations. Consult reports about users or resources. The manual describes opening and managing reports, acceptance or rejection, and resource review actions. Consult the Multifunctional Room’s space and activity lists. Use search, filters and sorting to find items and check available actions before managing them. Platform includes Banners, FAQ, About, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Visual Identity and Storage. Changed institutional texts need review in Object Texts. Storage configuration options remain subject to confirmation. ## Understand IDs and banners Codes such as **menu-admin** and **page-dashboard** identify interface areas. **Edit banner** provides banner editing options for that screen. IDs help locate areas when organizing video translations. The screenshots show an example installation in English. Counts, options and permissions may vary. Detailed daily-management tutorials will be added separately; this stage prioritizes languages and translations.
